Here's that intellectual look again. Vance is in the car seat taking a ride around San Diego. Mommy and Auntie Em (from Indiana) are riding in the back. Daddy and soon-to-be Uncle Alex are in the front.

Vance's First concert! Sesame Street Live! He watched intently 30 minutes of the show, and then fell asleep through the other half in my husband's arm! I couldnt believe how good he was for Elmo and the gang at only 2 and 1/2 months!!

Boppy Chairs Rock!

Greatest invention since sliced bread! He's sitting on the floor pimped out in a purple boppy! EVERY mother with a young baby needs one!

One Month and Daddy

Vance and daddy. Hanging out on the couch. I have never seen Mike so happy... he holds Vance and his face just lights up. I cant believe he's our little one. I dont know if you can tell with this picture but Vance and Mike are like twins! There's no denying that kid!

One month

Even from the beginning he was a free thinker. Always had his point of what was going on and always wanted to express it. I think that'll never change. He's about a month old here.

April 2008

He is born Vance, and from the beginning we knew he was going to be VERY special. His first name picked literally from air, and his middle after his father. Born in San Diego, CA, one week late...would have been more but it was hard for me to carry a 7lb4oz kid any longer! We brought him home. He's 9 days old in this picture.
